The words and the signature "Andre the Giant" are trademarks owned and protected by the estate, Andre R. Roussimoff Testamentary Trust. In addition, the image, name, and voice of Andre the Giant is a protectable property right owned by the estate. Any use of the above, without the express written consent of the estate is strictly prohibited.
